Harry Kerr entrusts 91传媒 components on his E46 BMW

Irish pro drifter, Harry Kerr, enjoyed a successful 2024 in the Pro category of the Irish Drift Championship.

For that season, he opted to use 91传媒鈥 Bluestuff brake pads and GD discs to both axles of his then-freshly built 600bhp E46 BMW drift car.

Following some time competing in the Middle East over the winter months, Kerr hit the ground running when back in the UK, entering a Drift League GB round at Three Sisters Circuit. He is still using the same 91传媒 setup to great effect throughout his 2025 campaign.

You can read how the weekend went down in his own words below鈥

鈥淪o, a few weeks back, I decided after the car landed home from the Middle East to compete in DLGB Round 1 in Three Sisters Circuit, Wigan.

鈥淲ith no Friday practice day at this event, we went straight into the practice session on Sunday morning, which went well; I started to feel at home in the car again after two months of not driving it.

鈥淚n my first qualifying run, I put down a safe run, not doing anything too mad, and put a score of 87 on the board. I took some risks on my second run and took P1 in qualifying with a 91-point run.

鈥淭op 32 battles saw me go up against some of the best in the UK, and former champions of DLGB, but after some tight battles we took P1 on the podium !

鈥淚 really enjoyed the event from start to finish; it was good to get back in the seat of the 91传媒-equipped 鈥楯Z46鈥欌.

Marcus Hudson uses 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads as he competes in the British Championship class

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is once again campaigning in the Super 4 British Championship for the 2025 season.

91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid continues to be the brake setup of choice for Hudson and his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

Following a promising start at Three Sisters, Hudson was back at Fulbeck for Round 2, where more solid driving helped him to continue his impressive championship standings.

Read how the action panned out in the team鈥檚 own words below鈥

Super 4 2025 British Championship Round 2 Fulbeck聽

鈥淪aturday was a productive day as we dialled in a solid setup on the kart. We found a good balance early, which gave us confidence heading into race day.鈥

Heat 1 (Grid: 10th)

In Heat 1, things started off promisingly as I moved up through the field. On lap 6, while making a move for 9th place, I ended up tangling with another kart. The contact broke my right steering arm and caused the tyre to come off the rim, forcing a DNF.鈥

Heat 2聽(Grid: 20th)

鈥淗eat 2 saw a strong recovery. I gained 7 positions on the opening lap, jumping from 20th to 13th. I managed to pass a kart through the middle of the Boot Complex, and after another competitor retired, I was up another spot. A well-timed out-brake into Turn 1 gained me another position. Mid-race, I was stuck behind 6th and 7th but kept the pressure on. With a few laps left, 6th place had a poor exit out of the last corner, which also compromised 7th. I got a great run and managed to pass both on the straight, crossing the line in 6th place.鈥

Heat 3聽(Grid: 3rd)

In Heat 3, I dropped to 8th, struggling particularly with traction onto the straight. The rising temperatures in the afternoon required us to lean out the engine, but we opted to play it safe to avoid a potential engine failure.鈥

Final

鈥淚 started the final in 9th and brought it home in 10th. It was a consistent run, and although we didn鈥檛 move forward, it was important to collect solid points.

鈥淎fter this round, we’ve moved up to 6th in the championship standings 鈥 a positive step forward with plenty of racing still to go. For the next round we head to Shenington Circuit in Oxfordshire. Massive shoutout to Raymond and Jason for all the hard work over the weekend.

鈥淭hanks to all my sponsors: Maxview, Silkolene, Charmed Interiors, NGK Spark Plugs, 91传媒, HairStyles, Carter Haulage and Listers BMW.鈥

Marcus Hudson uses 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads as he competes in the British Championship class

Following an overall 7th-place finish in the 2024 season of the Super 4 British Championship, kart racer Marcus Hudson is back campaigning in the 2025 series, with the first round taking the roadshow to Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan.

91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid is once again the brake setup of choice for Hudson and his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

Read how the action panned out in the team鈥檚 own words below鈥

Super 4 2025 British Championship Round 1 Three Sisters

鈥淪aturday practice didn’t go very well as the kart was not handling and to make matters worse the engine blew up after the second session, snapping a conrod. We replaced the engine and as we only now had one engine left, I went out for a few installation laps to check the engine was ok for race day. This gave us no time to set the kart up which wasn’t ideal.鈥

Heat 1 (Grid: 3rd)

鈥淲e lined up 3rd for the heat but weren’t really confident in the kart. Finished the heat in 9th out of 19. After the heat, we adjusted the kart鈥檚 setup to help with the handling.鈥

Heat 2 (Grid: 12th)

鈥淚 lost two places at the beginning but regained those two places back the following lap. The kart was feeling better which was good and we moved up another position on lap 3. A few laps later I had a good run around Lunar and down the straight, I sent it down the inside, out-braking the kart into the 1st corner which we haven’t been able to do for a while, and took 10th place. I was happy with the improvements we made and went a bit further for heat 3 on setup.鈥

Heat 3 (Grid: 15th)

鈥淪tarting from 15th on the grid, I knew I鈥檇 have to make some aggressive moves early on to climb through the field. As the lights went out, I got a solid start and by the end of lap 1, I鈥檇 already made up 6 positions. Two of those were from karts that didn鈥檛 get away cleanly off the grid, while the other four came through the Esses after the first corner. The kart鈥檚 handling felt much better compared to previous races, which made a huge difference in how confident I was pushing through corners. The improved setup allowed me to make decisive moves without losing stability. On lap 4, a key moment happened when a kart lost the rear and spun out, taking another kart with them. This incident moved me up to 7th place, and I managed to maintain that position through the remainder of the race. Despite the pressure from behind, I kept my focus and crossed the finish line in 7th, pleased with the progress I鈥檇 made during the race.鈥

Final

鈥淲e lined up 9th on the grid for the final after a solid set of heat results. I held position through the opening laps, but things took a hit on lap 5. Coming out of the fast right-left flick, I hit a bump that unsettled the kart and sent me off into the tyre wall. Managed to get going again and rejoined down in 16th. From there, it was all about the comeback. A retirement moved me up a spot, and I quickly closed in on the pack. A kart had an off at the Esses and rejoined slowly, leaving a gap to another kart 鈥 I saw the opportunity and dived through.

鈥淟ater that lap, I gained another position, and one more the following lap. Caught up to the next kart, who was clearly struggling. I managed a better exit from the pit corner and got the move done on the way out. On lap 14, #85 crashed out, giving me another place, and with just one lap to go, a kart spun, letting me through to finish 8th. I鈥檓 happy with that result, especially considering the off. The changes we made to the kart setup throughout the day really paid off and gave me the confidence to push back through the field. From where we were on Saturday, coming away with 8th in the final and strong heat results is a solid result for the team.鈥

鈥淩eally happy with the setup changes we made throughout the day 鈥 they made a big difference. Considering where we were on Saturday, finishing 8th in the final and putting in solid heat results was a strong outcome for the team. Looking forward to carrying this momentum into the next round. Massive shout out to Raymond for all the hard work over the weekend. Next up: Fulbeck, our home circuit.鈥

鈥淏ig thanks to all my sponsors.鈥

Marcus Hudson uses 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads in the real world

Kart Racer, Marcus Hudson, competes in the Super 4 British Championship, using 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid in his ABKC 250cc National kart.

During the off-season, he kept his eye in by competing in various sim racing championships, not least the gruelling with the Offline Racing team in a GT3-class Porsche.

With 49 teams entering, Offline Racing secured impressive results after the endurance stint, as you can find out below in Marcus鈥 own words鈥

鈥淥ffline Racing competed in the iracing Bathurst 12 Hour race. Phil Lvov started the race on a damp, greasy circuit and got up to 5th in his first stint.

鈥淢arcus Hudson then took over for his first stint and moved from 26th to 11th in torrential rain, but the rain stop half-way through his stint and the circuit was getting drier and drier.

鈥淎ndrew Caskey took over and had a moment coming out of The Chase and went off. Luckily, he had no damage and came into the pits and changed to slicks as the circuit was drying 鈥 he was one of the first to do this.”

鈥淗e made great progress up to 4th in his triple stint (3 hours non-stop). Unfortunately, the rain fell again and we pitted one lap later than we should and lot just over 40 seconds due to being on slicks on a wet circuit.

鈥淧hil started another stint (over half the race gone and he hadn’t seen a dry circuit). It did dry out for the end of his stint and Marcus did the final stint and the team finished in 11th place out of 49 teams.鈥

Stay tuned to hear how Marcus gets on in his real-world racing as the season starts again soon鈥

Marcus Hudson uses 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads as he competes in this British Championship class

Young kart racer, Marcus Hudson once again competed in the Super 4 British Championship for 2024.

91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid is the brake setup of choice for Hudson and his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

The final race of 2024 took the roadshow to Cambridgeshire鈥檚 Hunts Kart Racing Club in Kimbolton, where he fought off technical issues across the weekend to finish his championship in a respectable 7th position.

Find out how this round went down in Marcus鈥 own words below鈥

Heat 1 (Grid: 9th)

鈥淎s I headed into lap 2 going into Stow, I sent it up the inside of number 34. Later in the same lap as we entered Dan Weldon Corner, I slid up the inside of 53, I was gaining on 27 and a few laps later passed him out of Kestrel and finished in 7th.鈥

Heat 2聽(Grid: 2nd)

鈥淭here was a crash between two karts in the first corner on the first lap and the circuit had a virtual safety car for the incident that happened in the Willows. This took 2 laps to clear up, I used the time to try and keep some heat in the tyres. On the restart, I had no traction out of the last corner and was a sitting duck going into the first corner. During the race I was struggling with traction out of the slow corners and slipped back to 6th.聽We changed the setup for the next heat to help with the traction issue.鈥

Heat 3聽(Grid: 14th)

鈥淢ade a good start, but was 5-wide and couldn’t get any room for a manoeuvre, I had no space anywhere to capitalise on the good start but I made up a position going into the first corner. 59 in the Willows slid under me, I knew he was carrying too much speed and he slid wide and I managed to cut back underneath. On lap 8, number 2 had a water hose issue which put water onto the circuit as we entered Dan Weldon Corner, which we approach at 98mph, 7 of us were following very close and had no time to do anything and all 7 span off. As I was spinning, I managed to control it so I kept the kart on the circuit, however I was facing the wrong way! I thought if I can spin it back around quicker than the other guys that have gone off that’s 7 places I can make up, I did a 180 spin and off I went and gained 6 places moving me up to 8th.聽 The alterations we made to the setup didn’t help improve the traction issue.鈥

Final

鈥淲e lined up 7th on the grid for the final and, with the issues we had over the weekend, this wasn’t bad. Unfortunately, as we set off the grid, I knew I still had the traction issue. I fought as best I could with what I had underneath me but dropped to 10th halfway through the race. I was pushing 9th and trying everything to pass him but on entry to some slow corners I was all over him but lost the advantage on the exit. It was frustrating that the main passing place going into Stow I couldn’t utilise as coming out of the last corner I couldn’t get the power down and lost ground on him meaning I was too far back to send it in Stow. It was frustrating that we couldn’t sort the traction issue out and this meant we couldn’t move forward. This was the last round of the British Championship and with the final standings announced we finished the season in 7th place just missing out on 6th by just a single point.

鈥淟ooking forward to the presentation Awards Evening in January in Coventry.聽

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my sponsors for your support through this season and previous seasons as it is much appreciated and helps a lot.鈥

Marcus Hudson uses 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads as he competes in this British Championship class

Young kart racer, Marcus Hudson is once again competing in the Super 4 British Championship for another season.

91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid is the brake setup of choice for Hudson and his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

With a rollercoaster of a season so far, battling treacherous weather conditions and other pitfalls with some fantastic driving, Hudson was faced with more adversity as the series headed to Wigan鈥檚 Three Sisters Circuit recently.

Find out how he braved the storm in his own words below鈥

Heat 1 (Grid: 6th)

鈥淥ff the start, I got pushed off into the grass on the outside as I tried to gain two places. I got a much better start than the row in front, but as a result of being pushed onto the grass, I lost five places. Early on in the race, #59 went out and in the middle of the race a further two karts retired, which meant we came home in 7th position. I was unpleasantly surprised in the race as the kart had no grip, but on Saturday the kart was handling well and that was on older tyres. In the race, we had the new set of slicks on which would normally meant more grip. We altered the kart to give us more grip for Heat 2.鈥

Heat 2 (Grid: 13th)

“We moved up to 9th by the second lap and the kart initially felt way better than Heat 1, unfortunately on Lap 4, the rear engine mount broke and I had to retire the kart.鈥

Heat 3 (Grid: 5th)

鈥淔rom the start we, had nowhere to go and lost some places meaning we were down to 10th position after Lap 1. On Lap 2, #56 span in the Valley, and we just managed to miss him and not lose any places. Later in the race we got a run on #34 down the Conrod Straight and over the hill, we darted out of the slipstream and went up the inside as we approached Coward’s Summit down the hill. A few laps later, #4 slowed down in Lunar Corner with an issue, which moved us up another position. We ended up finishing in 6th.鈥

Final (Grid: 7th)

鈥淲e lined up 7th for the final. Finally, after a good start, we had some luck and managed to move up to 5th in the first lap. Half-way through the race, I started to move under braking and cornering. The front seat stay broke, so the seat was not secure and moving around. This caused me to lose pace as I was moving around so much than when applying the brake or throttle my feet were all over the place! Fortunately, we only lost two places, finally finishing in 7th position.鈥

鈥淚t was a bit of an up and down weekend, with good pace on Saturday but then struggles with the new tyres on the Sunday.

鈥淲e are currently sitting 5th in the championship with two rounds to go. Next stop is Rowrah in Cumbria.

Thanks to all my sponsors, including 91传媒.鈥

The Wigan circuit brought with it some demanding weather conditions

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is聽currently competing in the Northern Karting Federation Super 4 British Championship, so far achieving impressive results to see him sitting highly in the standings.

Hudson entrusts 91传媒鈥檚 Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid for his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

The most recent round of the series took him and the team to Wigan鈥檚 Three Sisters Circuit, where he instantly gelled with the kart to achieve more impressive finishes, as you can read below in the team鈥檚 own words.

Heat 1 (Grid: 15th)

鈥淲e made a good start from the inside of the 8th row, gaining five places and overtaking a couple more karts in the Valley section of the circuit, putting me into 7th place after the first lap.

鈥淢yself, 6th and 7th were being held up by 5th place. In the battle we were having, I lost a place, but on lap 6, I got a good run around Lunar corner and slipstreamed down the straight to then send it up the inside going in the first corner up the hill (we were entering this at 97mph with a slight lift).

鈥淭he kart felt good making the pass as we were strong in that section; at that speed, you have to have trust in the fellow racer to give you the room. If not, we could both end up off the circuit. This moved me back up to 7th and back onto 6th, who was struggling.

鈥淏ecause we were all so close in this battle, I knew I had to get past him quickly before I got overtaken, so on the following lap, I sent it underneath 6th on the left hander (off Camber corner, so as you turn left the circuit is angled away, pushing you to the right). This leads up into the Valley with a quick S-bend. After the overtake, I was up into 6th, but the gap to 5th at this time was too big at 8.2 seconds with four laps to go, but at the finish the gap was down to 4.7 seconds and we were 5.3 seconds ahead of 7th. The kart felt strong throughout the race.鈥

Heat 2聽(Grid: 6th)

鈥淎t the start, I was stuck behind a slower racer and thought I would need to get by him quickly otherwise be stuck and struggle to improve. As we came out of the left hander before going up the hill into the Valley on lap 1, I made the pass and was in 6th place. I was right behind 5th and tried passing into the 1st corner and the left hander into the Valley but couldn鈥檛 make it stick and finished 0.1 seconds behind them. We finished 11.2 seconds ahead of 7th.

Heat 3聽(Grid: 9th)

鈥淎s we were on the dummy grid the storm clouds were approaching the circuit and suddenly the heavens opened soaking everything. All 17 racers rushed to get the wets from the paddock and swapped the tyres over, normally we would change the setup of the kart for the wet but had no time so we went out onto the circuit in the unknown.

鈥淥n the formation lap, the kart felt good and I tried different lines in the corners to see where the grip was. 聽On lap 1, I picked off three karts and the kart felt great in the conditions.

鈥淥n lap two, we moved up another position and were right behind 4th 鈥 there was nothing to separate us and we caught 2nd and 3rd within three laps as we were so much quicker than them. Unfortunately, as we entered Lunar, 4th and myself span together going off the circuit onto the grass. As we re-joined racing each other to get back onto the circuit, 6th and the rest of the pack were nowhere to be seen 鈥撀營 couldn鈥檛 believe the gap we had over them. We finished 5th which was good but if I hadn鈥檛 spun it could have been 3rd, but that鈥檚 racing!鈥

Final (Grid: 8th)

鈥淏y the time the final came, the track conditions were mixed. We put the wets on for the final and were the only ones who chose that option. Off the start, we made two places in the 1st corner going on the inside of them.

鈥淥n lap 2, we had made more passes in the Valley and were up to 4th and had caught 3rd. I then passed him all the way around the outside of Lunar. I thought this might just work the as the first three laps were brilliant.

鈥淯nfortunately, on the following lap, the bloke I had passed around the outside came past me with ease. It was then I realised the slicks had now come on and were the better tyre to be on. I knew I was a sitting duck but I tried my best making them go off line onto the wet hoping for a mistake but I finished in 7th place. We took a gamble and it backfired.聽

鈥淥ver the weekend, we got faster and faster in the sessions and in the races which again was encouraging. The kart felt great straight out of the van which we have never had and our good starts are back.聽

鈥淣ext stop is my favourite circuit: Kimbolton in Cambridgeshire on聽July 8-9. Thanks to all my sponsors: Maxview, Silkolene, Studio 11 Architecture, Charmed Interiors, NGK Spark Plugs, 91传媒, HairStyles, Carter Haulage and Lister BMW.鈥
